T-shirt sizes

Our ladies' t-shirt is in 2 sizes, large and extra-large.

Large measures 36cm across the chest - US size 8, UK size 12.

Extra large ladies is 41cm across the chest.

Our men's t-shirt is extra large, measuring 59cm across the chest.

Postage and packing

We aim to despatch your goods within 7 working days of placing an order. Our store is managed by volunteers in their spare time so please bear with us if there is a short delay! 

T-shirts are despatched from Canada so please allow at least 3 weeks for your t-shirts to arrive if you are not in Canada.

Other goods are despatched from Canada if you are in in Canada or the US. Shipments to other countries (except t-shirts) are from the UK so please allow time for international shipment if appropriate.

If you have not received your order within 21 days, drop an email to us at [email protected] and we'll check your order for you.

Returns policy

We want you to be really pleased with your purchases but if there's a problem, let us know at [email protected] and send your items back to us. 

Unwashed, unworn goods can be exchanged for a different size. Defective goods can be returned for a refund. The cost of posting goods back to Ape Action Africa for an exchange is your responsibility. 

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of the date of shipment to:

We gladly accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. All payments are made through PayPal checkout but you don't need to have a PayPal account to buy from us.
